This paper proposes HA-IDS, integrating deep learning models (CNN, LSTM, and Autoencoders) with a lightweight cryptographic framework. The architecture conducts metadata analysis on encrypted network traffic while preserving confidentiality, achieving superior detection accuracy and virtually eliminating false positive alerts.
